By downloading, installing, or using the Himix application (the "App"), a creative practice companion for guitar beginners, you ("User") agree to be bound by this User Agreement ("Agreement") and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease using the App immediately. Himix is provided on an "as-is" basis, and no account registration is required to access the core features of the App.
Himix offers a range of features designed to enhance your guitar learning experience, including but not limited to:
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Himix for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or distribute any part of the App without prior written permission from the Himix development team.

Violation of these conduct rules may result in restricted access to premium features or complete suspension of App usage.
The Himix coin system is a lightweight virtual currency that enables access to optional features within the App. Coins can be obtained through in-app purchases via the official payment channels integrated into the App. All in-app purchases are final, and refunds will only be provided in accordance with the refund policies of the applicable app store (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store).
You acknowledge that coin balances are tied to your device and not to a user account (as no account registration is required), and Himix is not responsible for lost or unrecoverable coin balances due to device replacement, loss, or factory reset. We recommend maintaining a backup of your App data to preserve your coin balance and recorded works.
All audio recordings, annotations, and practice data created by you using Himix ("User Content") are your sole property. Himix does not claim ownership of User Content, but you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store your User Content on our secure servers (if applicable) to enable cross-device access (if supported) and to improve App functionality. We will not share your User Content with third parties without your explicit consent.
Himix is designed to assist with guitar practice and skill improvement, but we do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or performance improvements. The App's timeline annotation and review features are provided for reference only, and accuracy may vary based on device audio quality and user input. We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from the use or inability to use the App.
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be notified to you via in-app notifications or updates to the App's legal section. Continued use of Himix after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

You may terminate your use of Himix at any time by uninstalling the App from your device. We may terminate or suspend your access to the App if you violate any terms of this Agreement, with or without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately, but your ownership of User Content remains intact.
